Gold service focuses on sourcing and contracting the best and most cost effective aircraft for your tour on favourable terms. This service is ideal for our partners who wish create, contract and operate their own private jet tour, and need our expertise for aircraft sourcing and operational excellence.
The main considerations around finding the right aircraft are your chosen destinations, our ability to operate in and out of these locations, flight range, group size and total tour duration.
Our services don’t stop at the aircraft door, we will act as a liaison between you and the aircraft operator throughout the lead-up to your private jet tour, and throughout the journey itself. We will work you on aspects of branding the aircraft as well as the catering requirements for your trip. If required we can also undertake training of the crew on the specifics of the trip, your company and your service delivery expectations.

By engaging our Diamond Service you capitalise on the extensive experience of the Bartelings team to fully develop a unique private jet tour based on your specific brand and requirements. This means as well as sourcing and contracting your private aircraft, we will also secure your ground arrangements. Bartelings will take full project ownership and will work with you throughout the development phase with as much or little involvement as you wish.
At the end of the eight week project we will deliver a full tour with all contracted services for your team to manage and operate. We also provide a full written itinerary (in English), and financial model your team can use to calculate pricing, margins and break-even.
We always encourage all our partners to visit the destinations they include on the tour in advance, if you would like us to do that for you we can and it may add to the project timings.
The Bartelings Team, including Logistics Directors on tour will support your team throughout our partnership and on tour to deliver an outstanding travel experience. We act as liaison between you and the aircraft operator, including on branding, catering, inflight entertainment, training, uniform and more.
